Calvin Osborn

Calvin is an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering student at Texas A&M who joined the Optical Biosensing laboratory as an undergraduate researcher in January 2026. His work focuses on implementing wearable liquid-metal gait sensors and flexible carbon nanotube electrode tips while developing his 3D printing, SolidWorks, and soldering skills. In the past, Calvin has worked with the Parot Lab at the Catholic University of Chile, where he implemented live image processing algorithms on a wide-field optical fluorescent microscope using structured illumination patterns.
